CV

Hello, I'm Eleanor.

I’m a Fashion Design student at the Fashion Institute of Technology (class of 2022) and a Presidential Scholar, pursuing minors in Art History, Fashion History Theory and Culture, and English. I have worked in theatrical costuming, including as an Assistant Costume Designer at Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival. I’m currently an editorial and social media intern with the FIT Fashion History Timeline.

My designs are frequently informed by my infatuation with historical clothing. I incorporate unique historically-inspired details into my work. My goal is to tell an important story and to create clothing that empowers.

Outside of design, I love to read, listen to podcasts, and knit. I am originally from Croton on Hudson, New York, but I’m currently based in Brooklyn.
